How long does my order take to ship?

Depending on what state you live in, it can affect your order by up to two days. However, orders usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive on your doorstep! As they are sent as letters, with tracking included!

Is there a local pick-up option?

YES! The pick-up location is Runaway Bay, a specific location given upon purchase.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not do any international shipping as we are starting out locally in Australia.

What is your return policy? 

If there is clear damage to the decal that is not caused by the customer, please email or message us on social media and we can organise returns!
